LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (LMS)
As LMS, or Learning Management Systems Managers, we can help you with implementing and maintaining your organization's Learning Management System (LMS), providing support and training to users, and consulting on e-learning strategy.
For your LMS system we can:
- Perform LMS set-up, implementation, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting
- Create and schedule course and training events
- Create, schedule, and administer enrollments for learning events through LMS
- Monitor participant numbers and communicate numbers with team members, ensuring minimum enrollments are met
- Distribute and collect evaluations from learning event attendees
- Identify and resolve any issues affecting LMS performance
- Integrate courses and course-related items (registrations and enrollments) into ecommerce systems
- Recommend strategies to increase sales/enrollment in courses provided
- Create and maintain user groups using CRM system; use CRM system to track student web interactions; maintain student, faculty and other user databases
- Work in partnership with external vendors and IT teams to achieve maximum and consistent LMS system performance
- Provide system administrator/manager training via Zoom, email, and phone; manage access for all users (faculty, staff, and students); provide user technical support
- Participate in online meetings with team members
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to determine needs
